About Us

In 2015, we were searching for Turkish towels for our own home. We loved their lightweight feel and practicality, but we couldn’t find the bold colors, patterns and prints we were looking for, so we decided to create them ourselves.

We partnered with an experienced loomer in Turkey and began designing towels made from organic Turkish cotton that combined everything we loved about traditional Turkish towels with the colors and designs we wanted to see.

Over the years, we’ve grown beyond bath and beach towels to include hand towels and lightweight blankets. Today, we’re proud to be a woman-owned, family-operated business, and we still approach each piece the same way we did in the beginning, creating things we genuinely love, use ourselves and are excited to share with others.

InfuseZen Return Policy

We hope you love your InfuseZen towels and blankets, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Orders postmarked after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Contact support@infusezen.com with your order number to initiate a return and receive return instructions.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to 7 business days after your return is received for processing. Once processed, your financial institution may require an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Blanket & Towel Coloration

Because our textiles are made from natural cotton fibers and produced in individual dye lots, slight variations in color, weave, texture and dimensions may occur from piece to piece.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Items purchased in the same color, particularly from different production batches, may not be an exact match. These slight variations are a natural characteristic of the product and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at support@infusezen.com within 10 business days of receipt. Include a photo of the defect and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited inventory.

Lost, Stolen or Mis-Shipped Merchandise Due to Incorrect Address on Order

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
